Terms of Sale
rlxback is only included in agreements with people over the age of 18. By clicking on the completed purchase, you agree to our terms of purchase. When an order is created, an order confirmation will be generated to the specified email address of the rlxback database. this happens automatically  and without a manual review. This is your receipt, be sure to save the order confirmation that contains your order number if you need to contact our customer service. rlxback reserves the right to to make changes to our terms at any time, any changes made to the terms will be displayed under our terms of purchase. rlxback recommends that you stay up to date with our arms of purchase regularly to see if there are any new changes.

Prices
When ordering from the website, the prices quoted are valid. All prices on rlxback are inclusive of VAT and are stated in Swedish Kroner (SEK). The prices stated do not include shipping charges and payment fees, these are added at the checkout. We reserve ourselves for any printing errors.

Campaign prices/ Discount code/ Gift card
rlxback is constantly working on offering different campaigns. The campaigns is valid as long as it is active and for the specific items included in the campaign. we at rlxback reserve the right to terminate a promotion. for promotions, there may be a limited amount you can buy for promotional prizes. If your order exceeds the number of allowed items for the promotion, the regular price applies to the remaining over the limit. By following us on social media like Facebook & Instagram, you are always the first to know our offers. A discount code is a to either letters or numbers that give a discount your order. This will be added at the check out and clicking “Use Code” will be deducted from the checkout and prices will be adjusted. If you do not have a discount code, you can skip this box.

Payment
We offer secure payment with PayPal and Swish. No card details are stored with us.

Taxes/ VAT and Duties
All countries within Europe are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the price at checkout. Orders to countries outside Europe are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price displayed at checkout are exclusive of all taxes and duties as well as Swedish VAT. International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country.

Unclaimed Packages
If we receive packages from from a customer/recipient who has refused the package sent them, we reserve the right to charge the customer for all the costs incurred in such return, which is 200 SEK. The money is deducted from the amount payed for the order. Is the cost of re-dispatch higher than the customers order value, no money will be refunded to the customer. If the customer has more than two unclaimed packages the customer will be blocked from shopping at rlxback.

Delivery and Delays
In the case of unforeseen delays that may occur, delivery times may be extended. Should there be a delay in your delivery or a problem arises that makes it impossible for us to complete the order e.g. our supplier’s commitment to us cannot be completed. Then rlxback customer service will notify you by e-mail. if you are not satisfied with the new delivery date, you as a customer will always be entitled to cancel your purchase on delivery delays by contacting us by e-mail; info@rlxback.com 

Return Policy
Always contact rlxback at info@rlxback.com before returning any product, rlxback’s that are bought as a Christmas gift 2023 between the 15th of November until the 24th of December has a prolonged return right until the 15th of January of 2024. We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

rlxback follows the distance contract law which gives you the right to undo your purchase within 14 days of receipt of your goods, then you as a customer have 14 days to return the product to us after the exercise of the Return Policy/ Right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have 30 days to contact us at info@rlxback.com and return the item. This applies, provided that the product is returned in unused condition, you will of course have to examine the product to determine its characteristics and function. Refunds will be made within 14 days after we have received your return.

You as a customer pay the shipping return cost, the cost range from 70 SEK and upwards, depending on size, weight and where you send the returned goods from. 

We wish that all goods are returned with all labels, original packaging and manuals if included. If the product or packaging has changed from origin, we may incur a price deduction that corresponds to the product’s depreciation.

Be sure to pack the item properly so that the product can’t be damaged during transport.

Complaints and Warranty
In Sweden, customers have 3 years of right to claim under the Consumer Purchase Act. rlxback has a 2 years product warranty from the purchase date, this warranty covers only original manufacturing errors, which is the result of the production of the product. We at rlxback are welcoming you to contact us at info@rlxback.com if any faults occurs with your rlxback product. 

Error & Product Information
We at rlxback reserve us for any errors in product information as well prices or else on the website. We reserve the right to make ex post adjustments on the website without prior notice. We at rlxback also reserve us for end sales, stock differences, price adjustments, changes to technical specifications and technical issues on our website. we at rlxback reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.

Force Majeure
For external events outside of rlxback’s control e.g. war, strike, government action, law bans, sabotage, natural disaster, fire, flooding, terrorism, technical problems, errors in electricity and data communications or other communications and delays from subcontractors who can not fulfil their commitment to us due to above circumstances mentioned or similar events. In either of these circumstances, we shall inform the customer of the alleged force majeure at the beginning of the event and notify the customer when force majeure ceases. In case of force majeure, there is an exemption from the fact that on rlxback we will pay damages and other penalties. In these circumstances, rlxback’s obligations to dispose of the purchase agreement will be the disrupted until these circumstances are over or if it lasts more than two months then you have as a customer and also we at rlxback have the right to cancel the purchase without having to pay compensation.

Copyright, Intellectual Property, Software and Content
All content on rlxback such as images, logos, text and graphics belongs to rlxback or our suppliers and is protected under Swedish and International Copyright laws. No license or consent is granted to you to use these marks in any way, and you agree not to use these marks or any marks, which are similar without the written permission of rlxback. You are not permitted to publish, manipulate, distribute or otherwise reproduce, in any format, any of the content or copies of the content supplied to you or which appears on this Website nor may you use any such content in connection with any business or commercial enterprise. You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on any software or accompanying documentation supplied by rlxback or its licensors.

Governing Law
These terms of use are construed in accordance with Swedish law and you agree that the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement.The laws of you country may be different from the laws in Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements for you to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.

Waiver
If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

Entire Agreement
The above Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and rlxback.com. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms & Conditions will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of rlxback.com
